PURPOSE: A turn-dish cover structure is provided to enhance the insulating performance and exfoliation resistance of a turn-dish. CONSTITUTION: A turn-dish cover structure(100) comprises a frame(110) and an insulating material(120). The frame is formed from a steel material and is placed on the upper part of the turn-dish. Inner lower part of the frame is open. The insulating material is arranged on the inner side of the frame and is coupled to the frame through a coupling unit. The insulating material uses a ceramic fiber material. The coupling unit comprises a fixing bolt(130) and a fixing nut(140). The fixing bolt is coupled integrally to the inner side of the frame and is extended to the lower part of the frame. The fixing nut is fastened to the end of the fixing bolt and fixes the insulating material to the frame.
