PURPOSE: A hammock-type baby carrier is provided to enhance the stability of a seat and to selectively change the angles of the backrest and the headrest of the seat using a small number of members. CONSTITUTION: A hammock-type baby carrier(10) comprises a body(10a), a seat(26), and a reclining change unit. The seat comprises a base, a backrest, and a headrest. The backrest is connected to the base to be able to be stood. The headrest is stood on the upper end of the backrest. The reclining change unit varies the tilt angles of the backrest and the headrest of the seat. The reclining change unit comprises a support belt, and an angle change belt. The angle change belt supports the backrest of the seat against the body. The tilt angle of the backrest against the body is changed by the length adjustment of the angle change belt. The angle change belt is integrally formed with the support belt.
