PURPOSE: A brush fiber composition for dyeing is provided, which protects hair and scalp in coating hair with dyeing material and improves pigmentation activation. CONSTITUTION: A brush fiber composition for dyeing comprises 90-98 weight% of synthetic resin(11) and 2-10 weight% of Sepia powder(12). The synthetic resin is selected among poly group like polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, PBT, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane, or acryl group. Thermal stabilizer and plasticizer are added to the raw material in which forming is difficult.
