PURPOSE: A respiratory device for a rescued person is provided, which can prevent a large scale of life accident by quickly and safely rescuing persons. CONSTITUTION: A respiratory device for a rescued person comprises: an air tank(10) which is filled with air in predetermined pneumatic pressure; a decompression unit(20) in which a decompressor reducing pressure of the air formed in the central part; a mask(40) which is formed so that a rescued person can inhale the air provided from the air tank by the negative pressure; a bent guide unit(42) in which the inside is penetrated in order to supply air to a mask; a receiving unit which keeps the air tank; and a case part(50) in which a storage is formed.
