GIRDER AND RE-STRAIN CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A girder and a re-strain method thereof are provided to securely support the girder by integrally installing tendons between saddles even if the tensed state of the girder is continued for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A girder comprises a section steel, a lifting slider(200), saddles(300), tendons, and a lifting position determination member. The lifting slider is arranged in the section steel to be ascended and descended. The saddles are installed in the bottom of the lifting slider. The tendons are installed in both ends of the section steel and are supported by the saddles. The lifting position determination member determines the lifting position of the lifting slider.
