PURPOSE: Supplementary health food using roots of pulsatilla koreana with the fever removal effect, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily intake the roots of the pulsatilla koreana by removing the toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of supplementary health food using roots of pulsatilla koreana comprises the following steps: washing the roots of the pulsatilla koreana, glycyrrhizae radix, atractylodes macrocephala koidzumi, and glutinous rice; steaming the washed ingredients separately, and drying; soaking the dried pulsatilla koreana roots, and inserting into a mixture of water and alcohol; heating the mixture to remove the toxicity from the pulsatilla koreana roots, and drying; crushing 600g of dried pulsatilla koreana roots, 10g of glycyrrhizae radix, and 100g of atractylodes macrocephala koidzumi, for making powder; and mixing the formed powder with steamed glutinous rice.
