TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE LAMINATE

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive laminate is provided to enable the formation in unlimited processing conditions and the crystallization at a relatively low temperature(150°C) to show mechanical strength required for a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive laminate includes a transparent substrate(1), a first transparent conductive thin film(2) formed on the transparent substrate, and a second transparent conductive thin film(3) formed on the surface of the first transparent conductive thin film facing the transparent substrate. The first transparent conductive thin film includes a material selected from a group consisting of indium oxide, zinc oxide, tin oxide and combinations thereof. The second transparent conductive thin film comprises diindium trioxide(In2O3) and titanium oxide(TiO2).
