<p>PURPOSE: A display device and an input device are provided to efficiently cut off the noises transferred to a touch panel by reducing the resistance between a conductive film and a ground through two contact members. CONSTITUTION: A display panel comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate arranged on the first substrate; a conductive film arranged on the second substrate; a first connection member(150) connecting the conductive film the first substrate; and a second connection member(160) connecting the first conductive film and the first substrate. A circuit board is connected to the first substrate and includes a ground(310). The first substrate includes a first wire(111) connecting the first connection member to the ground, and a second wire(112) connecting the second connection member to the ground.</p> |
