<p>PURPOSE: A nanotube cantilever with fluorescent nanoparticles is provided to enable use as a high sensitive sensor in a bio and electrochemical sensor field by fluorescence-measuring physical transformation of a nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A nanotube cantilever with fluorescent nanoparticles comprise: microelectrodes(100) for applying the predetermined voltage; carbon nanotubes(200) of a predetermined size which is attached to one end of the microelectrode; and fluorescent nanoparticles(300) attached to one end of the carbon nanotube.</p> |
