PURPOSE: A bed manufacturing method and a bed manufactured thereby are provided, which can save cost remarkably and make mass production possible. CONSTITUTION: A bed manufacturing method comprises: a frame extrusion process(SA) for obtaining a frame of a bed; a supporting member injection or extrusion process(SB) for obtaining a supporting member inserted into the bottom surface of the frame; a process(SC) of obtaining an MDF panel inserted into the top of the frame; a bed floor member assembling process(SD); a bed leg member assembling process(SE); and a bed head board assembling process(SF).
