PURPOSE: A method for preparing an alkyl amino silane compound is provided to ensure low cost for utilities and low fire hazard possilbilty. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing alkyl amino silane compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of inputting a secondary amine of chemical formula 2 and trifchlorosilane in an organic solvent and reacting; a step of removing precipitate to obtain remaining liquid; and a step of adding metal hydrate to obtain alkyl amino silane of chemical formula 1. The metal hydrate is LiH, NaH, KH or LiAlH_4.
