The device has a fixing plate (2) fixed to tubular elements (1a-1d), so as to ensure positioning and fixation of the tubular elements with respect to a casing. Movable cups (3a-3d) cover free ends of the tubular elements, where diameter of the cup is greater than diameter of each tubular element, so as to form a peripheral extension of a reservation formed by the tubular elements at level of the movable cups. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a concrete wall.
