PURPOSE: A plant cultivation method using an underground piping, and an apparatus thereof are provided to uniformly supply materials to plants, and to discharge growth inhabitant substances. CONSTITUTION: A plant cultivation apparatus comprises the following: an underground piping(1) transferring materials for plants to a filter piping(16), through a back-flow prevention feed valve(2) and a liquid-gas separation valve(3); a supply controller(6) controlling the flow of gas through a gas supply valve(5) and liquid through a liquid supply valve(4), toward a filter piping inlet(9); and a discharge determination valve(7) uniformly adjusting the underground water level, by being installed on a filter piping outlet(10).
