PURPOSE: An adaptor power apparatus is provided to reduce the standby power during standby mode by adding a signal comparison stage. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor power apparatus comprises a switching unit(Qs), a trans part(11), a rectifier(12), and a controller(13). The switching unit transfers the electricity to a secondary side of a trans part(T) by switching the direct current voltage. A controller comprises a error signal formation stage(131), a skip carrier signaling shift(132), a peak detection shift(133), comparison stages(comp1, comp2), and a switching control(135).
