PURPOSE: A shadow mask for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device is provided to improve color reproduction and definition, since organic electroluminescent patterns have fixed intervals. CONSTITUTION: A shadow mask for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device comprises a border frame and a metal plate. The metal plate is mounted in a border frame. The metal plate comprises an element pattern shaping part and a first shielding part. The element pattern shaping part comprises multiple openings and a second shielding part(145). Each edge of multiple openings(150) is removed, and the openings are curved.
