The device has anchoring handles (7) fixed at each end of a solar module (1) and comprised of templates (5) formed of welded coils (10). The coils are connected with a solar hot water storage (3) and a domestic hot water storage tank (2). Solar panels are fixed on the module, and are connected by using templates (6) formed of other welded coils (11), where the latter coils are connected with the hot water storage and the tank. The module includes a heating device or a heat pump (8) connected to heating and domestic solar networks.
