The device (8) has legs (10) carrying a rectangular frame (9) remote from a floor, where the legs are respectively arranged at each corner of the frame. The frame includes beams (11, 12) corresponding to long sides and beams (13, 14) corresponding to small sides. A set of adjacent flexible straps (15) is connected to the frame, where the straps fall towards the floor. One of the straps is connected to the frame by a self-gripping band. The strap is made of glass fabric, and is coated with an antiparticle product. Adjacent plates (16) are supported on the frame.
