The balustrade (6) has fixation units fixed to frames (2) or posts (3) of a structure of a scaffold. The fixation units are oriented obliquely inward with respect to a plane of the balustrade in order to place the balustrade, in a mounted position, at outside of a plane of the posts of the structure of the scaffold for allowing installation of a baseboard (7) in the plane of the posts of the structure of the scaffold. The fixation units comprise hooks (16, 17) lying in vertical planes forming an acute angle to the plane of the balustrade.
