The axle has bearings (7) mounted at level of front ends of longitudinal oscillating arms (2). The longitudinal arms are pivotingly mounted at a body of a vehicle via the bearings. Transversal oscillating arms (3) are mounted at the level of rear ends of the longitudinal arms. Each transversal arm is formed by transversal spacers (4, 5) pivotingly connected to each other such that an end of one of the spacers is not connected to the respective longitudinal arm and fixed to the body near the respective wheel. A tightening element (8) is provided at a zone of the transversal arms. The tightening element is realized under the form of a rubber element in an elastic manner.
