PURPOSE: A contents download method using a multi communication module and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently download contents which is supplied from a contents supplying server. CONSTITUTION: The local network speed of a terminal and the speed of a content control server are measured(S10). If the local line network speed is faster than the contents control server speed, priority of a first device and a second device is determined(S11). The number of target files which receive from the contents control server is confirmed(S13). A header of the target file is downloaded(S14). It is determined that the target file is a streaming mode or a downloading mode.
