It is described the method for reducing the count of vigorous microbial microorganisms or prions present at an organic material, where an organic material is processed by the lime pressure cooking and stripping ammonia and then is obtaining a biogas. It is described the system for performing this method and the external performances concern mainly energy production and emissions to the environment of nutrients and greenhouse gases and use thereof.
