PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an explanatory prescription is provided to supply access address information and a guide message in MSM or MMS format. CONSTITUTION: When a registration request for an explanatory prescription is received from a server access module(120) of a consulting room computer(100), an explanatory prescription operating server(200) receives patient information, current medical treatment information and explanatory prescription content lists. The explanatory prescription operating server registers the explanatory prescription contents and the contents lists to a corresponding patent account. Furthermore, the explanatory prescription operating server transfers corresponding access information and a view guide message for an explanatory prescription.
