PURPOSE: A generator using wave energy, capable of improving mechanical stability and increasing energy conversion efficiency, is provided to secure the uniformity of output by efficiently improving the structure of first and second floating bodies. CONSTITUTION: A generator using wave energy composes a first floating body(10), a second floating body(20), a lever(30) and an energy generating part. The first floating body is formed on water to freely move according to wave height and has streamlined ship shape to get being in parallel with the water surface when the underwater depth relatively diminishes. The second floating body is partially connected with the first floating body at the location adjacent to the first floating body. The second floating body gets upright on water surface when the underwater depth relatively increases the first floating body. The lever interconnects the first and second floating bodies. The energy generating part is connected to the lever and generates the energy using the kinetic energy of the lever.
