PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and a virtual golf simulation apparatus using the same are provided to improve reality through an image by enabling a user to easily grasp geographic information of an object. CONSTITUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises an image implementing unit and an object control unit. The image implementing unit makes a plurality of base objects arranged on a virtual golf course and displays the plurality of base objects. The object control unit constitutes a base object, controls to make topography display objects to be successively changed, and controls the attribute of the base object to include more than one among location, width, shape, height, color, transparency, and number information.
