The device has an overmolded block (7) integrated to a part of predetermined length of a power supply cable (5). The block is mounted pivotingly around a fixed pivoting axle (12) transversal to an advance direction of a vehicle. The block is designed for orienting the cable with respect to surrounding parts of the vehicle such that a remaining cable portion is not attached to the block, and is maintained remote from the surrounding parts without risks of contact with the surrounding parts during pivoting of the block around the axle. The axle of the block is integrated on a support (10). The pivoting axle of the block and the support are made of a single piece from a bended metallic wire. An independent claim is also included for a hybrid vehicle comprising a thermal engine placed on a front axle of the vehicle.
