The method involves introducing an attachment end portion (4) of a main electrical connection cable (3) in a through-passage (5) of a metallic yoke joint (2) whose part forms a housing (6). The end portion is crushed against a wall of the housing of the passage of the joint. Fixation of the end portion in the housing is induced while leaving another housing (7) in the passage, where the latter housing receives another attachment end portion (24) of a secondary electrical connection cable (23) above the former attachment portion of the main cable. An independent claim is also included for an electrical connection device comprising a maintaining part for maintaining an attachment end portion of a secondary electrical connection cable on an attachment end portion of a main cable.
