The nacelle (1) has an air inlet structure (4) attached to a median section (3) to assure aerodynamic continuity and comprising an external panel integrating an air inlet lip (4a) forming a movable structure. The movable structure is fixed to a fixed structure of the nacelle in a removable manner. A centering and positioning unit centers and positions the movable structure on the fixed structure. The unit is formed from male and female annular sectors made of metallic material with complementary shapes, where each sector is mounted on the movable or fixed structure.
