PURPOSE: A method for preparing soap using mineral water is provided to ensure an antiseptic effect and efficacy for various types of dermatitis, such as athlete's foot, bacterial dermatitis, itch, and atopic dermatitis, and to remove bad odors. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing soap using mineral water comprises the steps of: adding alkali metal hydroxide to a higher fatty acid to perform a first reaction and saponifying the resulting mixture using 5~10 % reaction equivalent of higher fatty acid at 160~170 °C; reacting 100.0 parts by weight of a soap base with 30~40 parts by weight of high concentrate mineral water and 10~15 parts by weight of soft extraction concentrate while cooling the reactant to 40 °C or less so that the moisture content of the reactant reaches 15 wt%; and adding 0.1~1 parts by weight of one or more additives and homogenizing so that the moisture content thereof is 5~6 wt%. |
