PURPOSE: A panel reverting apparatus is provided to absorb and support the panel stably by improving the structure of reverting the panel for attaching the polarizing plate into the simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A first holding portion(110) comprises a first rotary shaft(111) and a first roller(113) arranged in direction of the panel(P). An adsorption pad(131) adsorbs the rear side of the panel supported by the first roller. A support bar(133) supports the adsorption pad. A supporting shaft(135) supports the support bar.
