PURPOSE: An optical pipe sunlight collecting apparatus and a distribution focusing apparatus are provided to manufacture the sunlight collecting apparatus economically by using the optical pipe and the lens members at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A flat type optical pipe sunlight collecting apparatus(10) comprises a casing(110), a flat type light pipe(310), a light-receiving window(211), a frannel condensing lens(212), and a second light concentration assembly(210). The light pipe and a light pipe supporting member(1101) are arranged inside the casing.
