DOCETAXEL RESISTANT PROSTATE CANCER CELL LINE

PURPOSE: A human prostate cancer cell line with docetaxel resistance is provided to enable early diagnosis and gene therapy of prostate cancer and to detect docetaxel drug resistance mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A prostate cancer cell line of docetaxel resistance is deposited in deposit number KCTC 11543BP. The cell line is obtained by gradually enhancing docetaxel concentration starting at 2.5ng/mL and establishing cell line PC3DR2 having resistance at 2ug/ml. The prostate cancer cell line has high FMS-related tyrosine kinase 1(FLT1) expression level.
