Pharmaceutical composition comprising a lipase inhibitor having a melting point equal or higher than 37 °C, preferably orlistat, a sucrose fatty acid mono-ester and optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Process for preparing the composition by mixing components thereof. Use of the composition and components thereof for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment and prevention of obesity.
