PURPOSE: Dyeing wastewater sludge solid fuel, and a producing apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the waste processing cost, and to produce alternative energy. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for a dyeing wastewater sludge solid fuel comprises the following: a sludge storage hopper for storing sludge; a drier(20) producing dried sludge with the water content less than 30%, using the sludge from the sludge storage hopper; a sludge supply screw supplying the sludge inside the sludge storage hopper to the drier; a direct condenser passing gas discharge from the drier through cooling water; a dried sludge transfer screw; a dried sludge storage hopper; a mixer(50) mixing the dried sludge with waste plastic; and a molding unit.
