PURPOSE: An arm for guiding and limiting the change of a position of a transmission cable is provided to protect a connection part of the transmission cable by minimizing the external force using an insulator and a component fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A support is horizontally installed on the upper side of a pylon. An insulator body(210) has a cylindrical shape comprised of a wrinkle(213). An inner support ring(220a) and an outer support ring(220b) support the insulator body. An auxiliary tank(230) is connected to a first path(212) in which fluid flows. An insulator(200) includes insulated oil(250) which absorbs the external force. An insulator connector(311) is horizontally extended from the other side of the insulator body. A clamp(310) electrically connects a transmission cable(L1) and a jumper line(J). A clamp cover(320) blocks the inflow of foreign materials.
