The flap has transmission and motor units for translationally moving a flap shutter (6) along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the flap shutter. The shutter is moved between a closed position and an intermediate position, in which the shutter is offset towards the exterior of a flap casing (2) and a body (C). The transmission and motor units rotatably move the flap shutter around an axis parallel to a translation direction to allow the access inside the flap, so that the flap shutter is brought into an opening position to place the shutter parallel to and outside the body.
