The multilayer material (10) for the production of wheel housing-, lower base- and/or motor area cladding part, comprises three layers with a first exposing surface, a second external nonwoven layer (16) opposite to the first layer (12) with a second exposing surface and a third middle layer (14), which is arranged in material thickness direction between the first and the second external layer. The middle layer is reinforced through glass fibers (20). The first and/or the second external nonwoven layer has a first plastic melting at a first temperature. The first and/or the second external nonwoven layer has a first plastic melting at a first temperature and a second plastic melting at a second, high temperature in fiber form. The first plastic is polypropylene and/or the second plastic is polyethylene terephthalate. The external layer is impregnated with a hygrophobic and/or oleophobic agent. The middle layer has a compatible plastic such as polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate in thready form. The middle layer has a glass fiber portion of 10-40 wt.%, a polyolefin content of 50-70 wt.% and a polyester content of 10-30 wt.%. One of the external layer has a surface weight of 200 g/m 2>and/or another external layer has a surface weight of 300 g/m 2>. The middle layer has a surface weight of 600-700 g/m 2>. One of the external layers has a layer thickness of 100-400 mu m and/or the other external layer has a layer thickness of 600-800 mu m. The middle layer has a layer thickness of 500-1500 mu m. The material is sectionally compacted. |
