<p>An encoding method and apparatus for downlink packet domain data service are provided by the embodiments of this invention. The method includes the following: when data to be encoded received at one of two downlink encoding time slots occupied by one integrated uplink state flag (USF) is correct, and the data to be encoded is not received, or is received but is incorrect, at the other downlink encoding time slot, the USF of the correct data to be encoded is obtained; the USF of said correct data to be encoded is used to pre-encode the USF of the data to be encoded at the other downlink encoding time. The method in the embodiment of this invention improves the uplink performance of the packet domain data service and enhances product competitiveness.</p> |
