<p>Heat treatment plant (1) comprises: a processing chamber (2); and a circulating device (3) for circulating hot gas in a heating circuit, which supplies heating- and/or cooling gas to the processing chamber, where flow channels (31) are arranged into the processing chamber for a specific heat treatment of a bulk material or debris, which is located in an annealing container (4), which is opened at least on the top for the passage of gas. The processing chamber with a floor box limiting the gas flow and constructed as a supporting frame, is provided with recesses for the passage of gas. Heat treatment plant (1) comprises: a processing chamber (2); and a circulating device (3) for circulating hot gas in a heating circuit, which supplies heating and/or cooling gas to the processing chamber, where flow channels (31) are arranged into the processing chamber for a specific heat treatment of a bulk material or debris, which is located in an annealing container (4), which is opened at least on the top for the passage of gas. The processing chamber with a floor box limiting the gas flow and constructed as a supporting frame, is provided with recesses for the passage of gas, on which at least one annealing container slightly overlapping the recesses is arranged, where the annealing container is positioned above the recesses to cover the entire opening in such a manner that the heating gas passes through the annealing container, and at least one annealing container exhibits flow openings on the bottom surface for the gas-passage, where through the recesses of the bottom box and the flow openings of the bottom surface of at least one placed annealing container exhibit flow openings on the bottom surface for the gas-passage. The entering flow of gas passing only through the recesses of the bottom box and the flow openings of the bottom surface of the annealing container is substantially vertically through the bulk material or debris in the respective annealing container. An independent claim is also included for selective heat treatment of a feedstock by the heat treatment plant, comprising performing a targeted and forced flow of the feedstock, where the pressure drop during the passage of the hot gas through the feedstock is less than 5000 Pa, and adjusting a heating rate of 150-250[deg] C/hour in the feedstock and a temperature gradient of less than 10[deg] C.</p> |
