<p>A high speed locomotive monitoring system based on satellite mobile communication, positioning and remote sensing technology comprises a space part (1) and a ground part (2). The space part (1) is composed of three kinds of satellites which are a remote sensing and telemetry satellite (3), a navigation positioning satellite (4) and a mobile communication satellite (5). The ground part (2) is composed of a ground gateway station (6), a command center (7) and a high speed locomotive (8) system. The command center (7) receives the road condition information ahead of the locomotive, position and velocity information of the high speed locomotive (8) obtained and processed by the ground gateway stations (6), and the locomotive on-rail information transferred by the mobile communication satellite (5). On the center display screen the system analyzes the locomotive operation condition and danger condition according to the above information, and transfers an warning instruction to the operated locomotive by the mobile communication satellite (5) immediately when the danger condition is found, so as to control the locomotive to stop in the stated time.</p> |
