<p>The conveyor belt comprises carrier side cover plate (3) and a running side cover plate (4) made of vulcanizable rubber mixture having a rubber component or a rubber component blend, a cross-linking agent or a cross-linking system, which comprises an crosslinking agent (1-3.5 phr) and a catalyst (2-5 phr), and/or other mixing ingredients. The rubber mixture of the carrier side cover plate has a shrink after the vulcanization in a conveyor belt transverse direction, higher than the rubber composition of the running side cover plate. The conveyor belt comprises carrier side cover plate (3) and a running side cover plate (4) made of vulcanizable rubber mixture having a rubber component or a rubber component blend, a cross-linking agent or a cross-linking system, which comprises a crosslinking agent (1-3.5 phr) and a catalyst (2-5 phr), and/or other mixing ingredients. The further mixing ingredients comprise a filler such as carbon black with a portion of 25-60 phr, a processing agent, an antioxidant agent, a plasticizer and/or other additives, where total quantity of the further mixing ingredients is 100 phr. The running side cover plate in the conveyor belt transverse direction has a voltage value, which is higher than the running side cover plate. The difference of the voltage value is 0.3-0.6 N/mm 2>in 30-100%. The carrier side cover plate has a hardness in shore A, which is higher than the running side cover plate. The difference of the hardness is 4-20-Shore A. The thickness of the carrier side cover plate and the running side cover plate is = 1-3. The conveyor belt is provided with an embedded train carrier.</p> |
