<p>A high-pressure oil-free plunger pump has a pump body (20) and a pump head (10) mounted on the pump body (20). A plunger boosting structure driven by a pump main shaft (40) is mounted in the pump body (20), and includes at least two connection rods (31) provided on the pump main shaft (40) coaxially in parallel at intervals. One end of the connection rod (31) is fixedly provided on a bearing (50) that is fixedly provided on an eccentric sleeve (60). The eccentric sleeve (60) is fixed on the pump main shaft (40). The other end of the connection rod (31) is hanged with a plunger (70), and the plunger (70) is mounted in a hollow cavity of the pump body (20). A self-lubricating plunger sleeve (80) is provided between the pump body (20) and the plunger (70). A water sealing ring (82) and a pad (81) are provided on a joint between an end of the plunger (70) and the pump head (10). The pump is provided with simple structure, high pressure, high efficiency and long service life, and is free from pollution, and the pump can operate without any lubricating oil or grease.</p> |
