Provided are: a color filter substrate capable of preventing display failure from being caused by destruction of a common electrode that occurs near a multilayer spacer when a pressure is applied to a liquid crystal display panel, the common electrode being used for voltage application to a liquid crystal layer; and a liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display device which are provided therewith. The color filter substrate is provided with: transparent colored layers of a plurality of colors; and an electrode which covers the transparent colored layers. The color filter substrate comprises a multilayer spacer formed by laminating two or more layers including some of the transparent colored layers, wherein the uppermost layer of the transparent colored layers that are included in the multilayer spacer is separated from the transparent colored layer that surrounds the multilayer spacer.
