<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device capable of preventing voltage drop of a pixel power source supplied to pixels, while dead spaces are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a pixel part in which a plenty of pixels provided with organic light-emitting diode 250 containing a first electrode 250a, a second electrode 250c and an organic light-emitting layer 250b are formed, a built-in circuit part in which a driving circuit for driving pixels is formed, and a bus part in which a bus line 230 for conducting a pixel power source to the pixels is formed. The pixel part, the built-in circuit part, and the bus part are aligned in order from a central part of the display panel in a direction of an outer periphery, and the second electrode 250c of the organic light-emitting diode 250 and the bus line 230 are combined electrically by a conductive pattern 260 formed on the built-in circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
