<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting display device and a driving method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting display device includes a plurality of data lines for transmitting data voltage corresponding to an image signal, a plurality of scan lines for transmitting a select signal, and a plurality of pixel circuits coupled electrically to the scan line and the data line. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting element for emitting light according to an applied current, a first electrode, a second electrode to which first power source voltage is applied, and a third electrode connected to the first power source voltage, and also includes a transistor for outputting a current corresponding to voltage applied between the first electrode and the second electrode to the third electrode, a first switching element for transmitting data voltage to the pixel circuit in response to the select signal from the scan line, and a voltage compensation part for transmitting data voltage transmitted from the first switching element and compensation voltage corresponding to the first power source voltage to the first electrode of the transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
