<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vulcanized tire, which suppresses oily smoke from spreading to the periphery when cooling a vulcanizing object, and to provide a cooling device and a vulcanizing system. <P>SOLUTION: When performing postcure inflation to a vulcanized tire TS, a gas is sucked from a through-hole 3H formed in a lower rim 3S after laying the tire TS at the lower rim 3S of a postcure inflator 2. Thereby, the oily smoke is discharged from a tire even in a condition where a tire taken out of a vulcanizing container is laid at the lower rim 3S when performing the postcure inflation (PCI). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
