<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component module holding structure of a key, which hardly causes dispersion in the switching position of a key button and hardly applies a large load of an electronic component module to a cover even if the key is struck against the ground in falling. <P>SOLUTION: The back face of a key body 14 is protrusively provided with a plurality of locking claws 20 for fitting and fixing a communication apparatus module 19 of the key 2 inside the key body 14. The communication apparatus module 19 is clamped and held by these locking claws 20, 20.
