<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the reliability of an estimated model. <P>SOLUTION: A reliability determining device includes: a section dividing unit for dividing a range of explanatory variable values in a plurality of actually measured values with respect to the estimated model which is statistically obtained based on the plurality of actually measured values into a plurality of sections; a section deciding unit for deciding to which one of the plurality of sections the explanatory variable value of an estimated object belongs with respect to the estimated object the actually measured value of which is obtained in advance; and a determining unit for determining the reliability of the estimated model based on the plurality of actually measured values that belong to the section decided by the section deciding unit and a result of estimation by the estimated model in the section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
