PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-image-quality print image by only a simple operation, while browsing scan distribution images. SOLUTION: When image data stored in an HDD 107 are distributed in an MFP, the image data are transferred to a file conversion processing part 109 from the HDD, converted to a format provided with a print command at a predetermined position of the image data in the file conversion processing part 109; and thereafter they are transferred to a PC via an external transfer path 110 from an external I/F 110, and displayed and browsed on a monitor of the PC. When a user clicks a displayed print command while browsing the distributed image on the PC, accumulated image data corresponding to the distributed image are printed by a printer 114 of the MFP.
