PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice dispenser, capable of avoiding inconvenience such as mixing of foreign matter to ice discharged when a component is broken, while simplifying a structure for driving a shutter to open and close. SOLUTION: The ice dispenser includes: the shutter 68 for opening and closing a discharge port 63 formed in an ice storage 19; a horizontal rotary shaft 67 for rotatably pivoting an upper part of the shutter; a solenoid 28 disposed above the shutter; a plunger 66 to be protruded downwardly from the solenoid; a first link member 83 an upper part of which is rotatably pivoted by the plunger; a second link member 84 an upper part of which is rotatably coupled to a lower part of the first link member by a connecting shaft 86, and a lower end part of which is rotatably pivoted by the shutter; and a guide means 82 for guiding the connecting shaft in a direction away from the ice storage with the plunger being protruded from the solenoid. The guide means guides the connecting shaft in the direction away from the ice storage, whereby the closed state of the shutter is locked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
