PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building enhancing workability in the assembly of a lintel. SOLUTION: Since a lintel 18 is extended out along a head runner 16B from the upper portion of a stud 16A of a wall panel 16 in a factory, the lintel 18 has only to be assembled to the upper portion of a column section 13 of a wall panel 14 via a lintel bracket 15 after the wall panel 16 is assembled to a floor surface on a building site. In other words, a free end of the lintel 18 does not have to be fixed to each of the wall panels 14 and 16, reducing the number of man-hours for work and enhancing the workability in the assembly of the lintel 18.
